1. Naročanje

1.1 Ne bomo prodali ali dostavili alkohola vsem, ki so ali se zdi, da so mlajši od 18 let. Z oddajo naročila potrjujete, da ste stari vsaj 18 let, in si pridržujemo pravico, da nas ne dostavijo, če nismo prepričani to.

1.2 In the event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange replacement, or another arrangement for the completion of your order.

2. Dostava

2.1 For orders of all items the delivery window will be confirmed during the checkout process. We will do everything we can to meet this timeframe however we accept no liability for goods which fail to arrive within this window due to circumstances which we consider to be beyond our control.

2.2 For deliveries outside of Italy and Slovenia we predominantly use UPS service. This courier will only attempt to deliver items three times after which they will be returned to Wevino Store. In this instance or if items are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address given by you we reserve the right to pass on the cost of redelivery.

2.3 Standard domestic delivery is a flat fee of 6.95 EUR. All domestic orders are despatched using DPD's 'Domestic Express' service & are usually delivered within 24-48 hours of dispatch. Other European deliveries are dispatched either via UPS 'Economy Select' services. Transit times vary depending on service & destination. For 'Rest of the World' orders, delivery times vary depending on location.

2.4 Za vse lokalne trošarine in davke je odgovorna stranka. Ne moremo biti odgovorni za morebitne druge dodatne dajatve, ki jih zaračunajo lokalne carine. Vaš lokalni carinski organ lahko zahteva posebno papirologijo, potrdila ali drugo dokumentacijo, ki dovoljuje carinjenje blaga. Za pripravo / nabavo papirologije je odgovorna izključno stranka. Za zamude v zvezi z dejanji lokalnih carinskih uradov ne bo odgovoren Wevino.store

3. Cene

3.1 All prices listed on this site are inclusive of Italian VAT.

3.2 Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on this website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur & goods may be mis-priced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you & ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

3.3 Pridržujemo si pravico, da kadarkoli, preden sprejmemo vaše naročilo, prilagodimo cene, ponudbe, blago in specifikacije blaga. Če je končni datum določen v kateri koli ponudbi na spletnem mestu, je namenjen samo kot vodnik. Wevino.store si pridržuje pravico, da kadar koli spremeni cene.

5.1 In the event of complaint please email info@wevino.store giving as much detail as you can. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours & you can expect a full resolution of your complaint within a further 72 hours. You will be kept informed if there is any delay beyond this. Each complaint will be treated as confidential & will be attended to by a senior manager.

6.1 For the purposes of the prevention or detection of offences, and/or the apprehension or prosecution of offenders, we may share any information that we collect with the Police, other public or private sector agencies or representative bodies in accordance with the relevant legislation. Information shared in this way will not be used for marketing purposes.
